As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex software applications for enhancements and new products. • Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug complex software applications for enhancements and new products
• Prepare and conduct systems programming tests requiring interfacing and software assessments
• Coach others in less senior positions
• File numerous software applications with flowcharts, visualizations, diagrams to ensure all users have a full understanding throughout the development cycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders

• *Skills and Competencies**

• Experience building applications up to scale on cloud systems like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with supply chain management tools like Git and expertise in the use of ADO
• Backend engineers: experience in developing the use of Java or Springbok
• Frontend engineers: experience in developing the use of React JS or Angular JS
• Backend engineers: ability to develop writing interfaces with API JSON or SOAP and web services
• Comfort with database principles and experience in writing SQL in a relational database like MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Ability to work with goal-oriented teams in an agile environment and operate with person stories and recognition standards
• Willingness to analyze and discover new technologies, large technology stack, and figure out answers, using deeper studies and troubleshooting
