We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Guatemala. As a key member of our development crew, you will be responsible for supporting our team across all disciplines, enhancing crew performance, and helping us create high-quality games and applications. You will collaborate with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and troubles in our improvement process. You will also be accountable for assisting, developing, and preserving our proprietary set of engine-specific and custom gear.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas for improvement in our development process across various disciplines
• Preserve, extend, and aid our present development gear
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines
• Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
• Collaborate with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and troubles in our improvement process
• Generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs given the hassle context and improvement timetable, implement the selected answer, and help the adoption of the solution by the team

• *Essential Qualifications**

• A strong passion for empowering others to do their best work
• Experience with the overall device lifecycle: coming across issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness
• Enjoy working with custom standalone gear
• Enjoy growing gear which can be utilized by many game development disciplines
• Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech
• Ability to work efficaciously in a self-directed environment

• Experience with custom game engines
• Familiarity with Unreal or Unity
