As a key member of our Client Insightful Center, you'll play a crucial role in driving the development and execution of our customer analytics and experience platform, ensuring seamless and secure data entry for our internal customers.

• *What You'll Do:**

As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Driving the development and execution of the Client Insightful Center product strategy, ensuring high-quality and user-friendly entry for internal customers of customer analytics and experiences.
• Defining and implementing a methodology, prioritization, and workflow for the Client Insightful Center, ensuring efficient and effective data processing and analysis.
• Ensuring that tools are built and scaled to support the security and integrity needs of internal teams in processing and analyzing customer data.
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identifying potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Collaborating with Design, Walmart Interface, Data Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7 years of experience in product management or related field
• Or 9 years of experience in product management or related field

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
• Experience in creating comprehensive digital experiences, knowledge in executing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and incorporating digital accessibility seamlessly
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices and commitment to joining us in making open products and services observing arenaflex's accessibility guidelines and rules for supporting a comprehensive culture
