- *What You'll Do:**
As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Driving the development and execution of the Client Insightful Center product strategy, ensuring high-quality and user-friendly entry for internal customers of customer analytics and experiences.
- Defining and implementing a methodology, prioritization, and workflow for the Client Insightful Center, ensuring efficient and effective data processing and analysis.
- Ensuring that tools are built and scaled to support the security and integrity needs of internal teams in processing and analyzing customer data.
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identifying potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborating with Design, Walmart Interface, Data Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7 years of experience in product management or related field
- Or 9 years of experience in product management or related field
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
- Experience in creating comprehensive digital experiences, knowledge in executing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and incorporating digital accessibility seamlessly
