As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing critical workflow tooling at scale, enabling groups to deliver high-quality software through exceptional engineering experiences, green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. • Design and implement scalable workflow tooling to support high-quality software delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize workflow improvements
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and drive business outcomes
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Iterate on dashboard design based on feedback and performance metrics
• Characterize the current state of the workflow, profiling complex systems and identifying areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization, analytics, and workflow optimization

• *Essential Qualifications**

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
• Strong understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
• Ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Advanced Tableau developer skills
• Proficient in SQL, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

• Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development
• Experience in software development, including information construct pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport
