As a Teleperformance Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
