As a Healthcare Scheduler/ Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling in-home health assessments for our members through outbound calls, with a goal of 150-250 calls per day
  • Utilizing an auto dialer system and manually dialing for spreadsheets to reach our members
  • Encouraging members to accept the visit and enticing them to agree to a free benefit provider by their healthcare provider in the comfort of their home
  • Communicating effectively with different departments via Webex, Outlook, and other tools
  • Multitasking through various insurance portals to verify member eligibility
  • Responding to emails and corrections in a timely manner
  • Meeting daily goals, including scheduling 1-2 visits per hour and maintaining a QA score of 95% or higher
  • Maintaining attendance for the first 90 days of employment and adhering to company policies and procedures
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, call center, and scheduling
  • Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, including Google Chrome and Google Maps
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily goals
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare-related products
