As an HRBP at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience for approximately 300 employees across our Customer Success and Corporate teams. You'll be the trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding them through the complexities of people management while implementing best practices that foster engagement, performance, and growth. Key Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives and providing comprehensive people support to our Customer Success and Corporate teams. Here's what you can expect in this role:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with our HRBP and Director of People Operations to support the Customer Success and Corporate functions, executing key HR processes including Performance Management, Compensation, and Career Pathing initiatives.
- Data-Driven Insights: Gather, analyze, and interpret data using Human Resources metrics to identify trends, uncover root causes, and develop actionable recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness.
- Coaching and Advising: Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to managers on employee-related issues and needs, working collaboratively to manage and resolve performance challenges and employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism.
- Employee Support: Provide exceptional support to employees on various aspects of arenaflex benefits, policies, and procedures, ensuring a positive and seamless employee experience.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement within teams through the creation of targeted action plans, fostering accountability with leaders, and implementing regular touchpoints, rewards, recognition programs, and performance optimization strategies.
- Program Development: Develop innovative programs to enhance the overall employee experience, including employee development initiatives, mentorship programs, and support mechanisms that foster growth and well-being.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Offer expertise and assistance in organizational design, performance management, coaching, learning and development, data analysis, and employee relations to support business objectives.
- Investigation and Compliance: Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed, ensuring fairness and consistency while protecting both employees and the organization.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with labor regulations and respond promptly to audit requests, maintaining our reputation as a responsible and ethical employer.
Essential Qualifications
We're seeking a candidate who brings a blend of strategic thinking, interpersonal excellence, and HR expertise. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably within a fast-growth company or technology organization.
- Demonstrated experience supporting customer-facing teams or corporate functions.
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Current knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
