As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collecting and inputting patient data into our e-Intake system with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verifying products and services to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Managing high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake and assisting with CPAP resupply
  • Providing basic technical assistance and education on CPAP equipment to patients

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong customer service background, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care
  • Basic computer and internet skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • A valid driver's license in the state of residence, with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
