arenaflex Listening Center is a contact center that operates from 6 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday, and 8 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays, with Sundays closed. We are committed to providing a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that is free from boredom and monotony. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and we are looking for like-minded individuals who share our enthusiasm and dedication.

- *Preferred Shifts**
We prefer candidates who are available to work the following shifts:
- 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Mountain Time
- 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Mountain Time
- 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Mountain Time
- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex Listening Center, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
- Determining customer concerns and scheduling necessary appointments
- Communicating with customers in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and heard
- Documenting and updating customer records
- Establishing and maintaining great customer relationships
- Being a team player and upholding arenaflex's standards of professionalism and integrity
- All calls are recorded and monitored for quality services
- *The Location**
This is a US-Remote position, and we can employ in states where arenaflex, LLC is registered. Currently, we are only accepting applications for remote work in the following states:
- Utah
- Nevada
- Iowa
- Texas
- Wyoming
- Arizona

- *Network Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and high-quality experience, we require the following network specifications:
- Hardwired Internet (Ethernet cable connection)
- 50 Mbps download speed minimum
- 20 Mbps upload speed minimum
- 40 ms latency maximum
- *Equipment Requirements**
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will need to provide your own equipment, which must meet the following specifications:
- Windows PC desktop or laptop with Intel i5 processor (2430M at 2.40GHz or processor equivalent or better)
- 8 GB of RAM available
- Working webcam
- Anti-Virus protection software (Windows Defender is acceptable as long as it is kept updated)
- USB wired headset with microphone
- Dual computer monitors
- Smartphone (any manufacturer)
- Apple computers are not compatible/accepted
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Meet network and equipment requirements
- Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented
- Proficient computer skills, capability to manage multiple systems, and able to type 30+ wpm
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
- Must have a designated work space that is free of distraction with little to no background noise
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
