- *Job Summary**
As an IT Site Director at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading our IT team in Dallas, TX, and driving our IT strategy and operations. You will be expected to manage the day-to-day activities of the team, investigate complex application, equipment, and network issues, and work closely with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, employees, and management to provide top-notch solutions for IT issues quickly. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and work with a variety of hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, RF unit technology, network, Windows software, and more.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the IT team, including organization design and investigation, project management, leadership of local IT Support Specialists, data cabling, and systems organization in various software and hardware conditions.
- Investigate complex application, equipment, and network issues, and work closely with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, employees, and management to provide top-notch solutions for IT issues quickly.
- Work closely with the organization's management to identify, suggest, develop, and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support our rapid growth.
- Lead the IT team in implementing and maintaining the IT process and procedures for the Satisfaction Community to meet the requirements set by the local Operations team.
- Collaborate with the organization's management to identify and implement new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of IT services and solutions.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and be available to come in during emergency situations.
- *Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4 years of experience providing technical support in a Satisfaction Community environment.
- MS certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, and MCITP.
- Broad knowledge of Motorola/Zebra RF Units: Moto MC9190, VC6090, WT41N0.
- Skills in areas of IT such as Microsoft Network, Mobile Device Management, RF Technologies.
- Advanced investigating skills in a multi-client, high-pressure environment.
- Broad knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.
- Experience with data cabling/PC office maintenance.
- Proven experience in leading IT Support teams.
- Demonstrated skills in PC repair, investigation, deployment, and disposal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (face-to-face and through phone/radio) with peers, management, employees, and vendors.
- Experience managing vendor contracts, relationships, and service outages.
- Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per day.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Participation in an on-call rotation and availability to come in during emergency situations.
- Experience working in a SLA-driven environment.
- Experience supporting PCs in a Windows Active Directory environment.
- Cisco CCNA
- Working knowledge of SOTI MobiControl device management
- Ability to manage high-priority projects
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation.
