- *What You'll Do in This Role**
As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll work from home and be responsible for:
- Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs
- Advising on plan options, coverages, and pricing
- Processing new and/or amended enrollments
- Ensuring our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
- *Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- An active Personal Lines resident license
- A high school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Passion for helping others
- Patient and empathetic nature
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
