  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a live chat agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all agent vendors understand and execute the sales strategy and set sales goals for the agent vendors
  • Working in an integrated manner with property management to understand demographics, branding, and booking objectives
  • Assisting the booking team in sharing information with Contract Managers for various venues, including drafting, tracking, and summarizing deal points
  • Serving as the company's liaison to the talent and coordinating the flawless execution of the audition process
  • Performing tasks that require standing and/or moving at a fast pace for periods of up to eight hours
  • Creating and managing reports and spreadsheets as needed to track various booking and scheduling activities
  • Preparing orders to replenish stock at the bar to pre-determined par levels
  • Providing day-to-day support of all event scheduling and booking functions, including pro formas, offers, tour histories, event-related contracts, and post-event summaries
  • Hosting industry and civic leaders at world-class events
  • Maintaining the agent channel portfolio effectively to avoid potential conflicts with other sales team members
  • Ensuring the sales team's understanding of new products and providing product feedback
  • Motivating a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Achieving or exceeding planned sales budget for the agent channel by training, motivating, and monitoring all agent vendors
  • Maximizing sales opportunities, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and customer service
  • Assisting in finding, securing, and on-boarding outside vendors to perform in the park or at special events
  • Navigating in, on, or around scenic elements associated with specific shows and acts in potentially dark and restricted spaces
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed as a live chat agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
