- Diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues using provided tools and resources, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction, and maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
