As a Manager Investigations, Manager I, Know Your Customer (KYC) at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising, coordinating, and directing the activities of Remote Customer Operations (RCO) staff to achieve and constantly improve service levels based on forecast and capacity.
  • Providing leadership support to your team and managing them to meet targets, deliver process improvement, ensure roadmapped project execution, and focus on people development.
  • Recommending and implementing changes to process and work methods, innovating and designing new or improved processes to support business needs.
  • Identifying trends in team performance and recommending/ implementing changes to constantly raise performance levels in the team.
  • Implementing best-in-class processes and practices for maintaining and exceeding productivity, quality, and service level agreements.
  • Analyzing key levers of the business to identify trends and proactively acting to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Recruiting top-quality investigators and developing their skills through continuous closure of performance feedback loops.
  • Setting up governance mechanisms on people processes, engaging people, identifying training needs within teams, and up-skilling accordingly.
  • Creating a roadmap based on improvement areas and career aspirations and tracking adherence.
  • Working towards creating a succession plan within your team.
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of operational and/or retail management experience.
  • 2+ years of team management experience.
  • Extensive relevant industry experience (4+ years) across Operations, Risk, Fraud investigations, etc.
  • 3+ years of team management experience.
  • 4+ years of operation management and compliance experience, with experience using data to influence business decisions.
  • Consistent performance in leading people.
  • Exceptional operational, managerial, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience across the domain of Risk/ compliance Management & Fraud, with a track record of driving change and innovation.
