About the Medicare Retiree Solutions Team
Our Medicare Retiree Solutions Customer Service Center serves as a vital bridge between arenaflex and our Medicare members. Key Responsibilities
As a Medicare Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members receive the support and information they need. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Member Education: Explain and educate plan benefits to Medicare members, ensuring they fully understand their coverage, options, and available resources.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve questions and concerns raised by members through incoming telephone contacts, striving to achieve satisfactory outcomes every time.
