We are seeking a highly motivated Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Malta. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via email and chat. This role is hybrid, with 2 days working in the office and 3 days remotely each week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. While prior experience in customer support is a plus, it is not required as we provide comprehensive training.
- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Quickly and professionally responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, addressing product questions, and troubleshooting issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Providing accurate and detailed information to customers about products, services, and company policies, ensuring that customers are well-informed and satisfied.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints efficiently and courteously, using problem-solving skills and quick thinking to resolve issues.
- Working with other departments to address and resolve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive reputation for arenaflex.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in challenging situations.
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using this information to improve customer service and resolve issues.
- Continuously enhancing job knowledge through participation in training sessions and educational opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
