What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As an On-Site Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, interacting directly with customers to resolve inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Multi-Channel Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat platforms, handling a variety of inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Problem Resolution: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns, ensuring appropriate outcomes while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Technical Navigation: Use internal tools, websites, and multiple browsers to research accounts, review options, and find solutions for customers efficiently.
- Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally, conveying complex information in an understandable manner to diverse customer demographics.
- Documentation: Follow detailed verbal and written instructions to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Innovation: Actively problem-solve and innovate on behalf of customers, exercising good judgment to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Shipping & Delivery Support Track
Depending on business needs, you may also be considered for our Shipping and Delivery Support (SDS) organization. In this role, you will:
- Support the arenaflex Supply Chain network for multiple geographies, ensuring smooth operations across MX, NA, UK, India, and EU regions.
- Facilitate hassle-free, timely pick-up and delivery of freight from vendors to arenaflex Fulfillment Centers (FC).
- Coordinate transportation from arenaflex FCs to carrier hubs and from Delivery Stations to end customers.
- Play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of arenaflex Logistics (AMZL) transportation operations.
- Have a direct impact on arenaflex's ability to serve customers on time, maintaining our reputation for reliability and efficiency.
Work Schedule & Environment
Our Customer Service operations are open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. As a full-time arenaflex employee, your work schedule could fall anywhere within these hours. You should be prepared to:
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and early mornings.
- Work one or both weekend days regularly.
- Work overtime (OTI) when there is a business need, large-scale event, or during peak season periods.
- Thrive in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment where no two days are the same.
Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Location: Must be currently residing in Costa Rica.
- Age: Must be 18 years or older with a valid national ID (Cédula de Identidad) or permanent resident ID (Dimex).
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus but not required).
- Language Skills: Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency required (bilingual position – both written and verbal).
- Technical Skills: Strong typing speed and accuracy, comfortable with computer navigation, multiple browsers, email, instant messaging, and chat tools.
- Instruction Following: Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions with precision and attention to detail.
