What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that set our clients apart from their competition. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Inbound Customer Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, and web-based platforms with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Essential Qualifications

- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Additional college coursework or a degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 6 months of previous customer service experience is required. This can include roles in retail, hospitality, call centers, or any position involving direct customer interaction.
- Location Requirement: Must reside within a 40-mile radius of our Valdosta, Georgia facility. This on-site position requires regular physical presence at our office location.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills are essential. You should be comfortable using multiple software applications, learning new systems quickly, and adapting to evolving technology platforms.
- Shift Flexibility: The ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Our customer service operations run around the clock, and flexibility is key to meeting business needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally. Strong active listening skills are essential for understanding customer needs accurately.

Preferred Qualifications
