Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the frontline of our company, handling customer inquiries and issues with the utmost professionalism. You will be responsible for resolving any customer-related concerns, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering a remarkable service experience. This is a part-time position, where you'll work for less than 4 hours a day, and you'll be rewarded with a competitive hourly wage of $15-$20. Responsibilities
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns.
