As a Part-Time Data Entry Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our National and Site Development teams, ensuring the accurate and timely entry of donor gifts and data into our donor database system.

  • *Your Role as Data Entry Associate**

As a Part-Time Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Detailed entry of donor gifts and data into the donor database system through various electronic tools and processes
  • Working with National and Site Development teams, as well as National Finance and Information Technology teams, as necessary
  • Utilizing various procedures, processes, and innovative technological tools to ensure accurate and timely entry of donor gifts
  • Ensuring donations are entered accurately and timely into the donor database
  • Assisting the Development team on requests for lists and reports out of the donor database
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • *What You Bring**
  • High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One year data entry experience required; experience supporting multi-site development, fundraising, and administrative tasks preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Donor database software experience strongly preferred
  • Significant commitment to the mission of helping low-income students earn admission to college and persist toward degree completion
  • Desire to engage in diversity, inclusion, and/or equity work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Attention to detail, including proofreading and project follow-through
  • Comfort with data collection, analysis, and a strong focus on results
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • *Physical Requirements**
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when needed
  • Office environment with limited travel
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for a minimum of 7 hours a day
