As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you'll work 34 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 8am and 4:30pm CST. As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and efficiently to meet client turnaround times
  • Navigating efficiently and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry
  • Differentiating between different claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines
  • Accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times
  • Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements
