- *The Role**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Global Merchant and Network Services (GM&NS) Estimating team. This team is responsible for driving the single largest source of arenaflex's revenue: Trader Markdown Income. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and reporting on dealer markdown income data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Developing and maintaining scorecards to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive normalization and process improvement
- Supporting external reviews and audits, including investigating issues and providing recommendations
- Performing ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends and insights
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in financial services or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting
- A four-year college degree in finance, accounting, or business, with a strong academic record
- High proficiency in Excel, with experience working with large datasets and complex financial models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge conventional approaches to problem-solving
