As a Part-time Junior Specialist - Customer Care, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving customer issues regarding products or in-store experiences in a timely and accurate manner
- Opening, monitoring, and closing customer service cases in our electronic CRM system
- Greeting customers warmly and determining problems or reasons for calling
- Assisting with customer refunds and reimbursements
- Answering questions about warranties, product availability, and terms of sale
- Escalating cases to second-level customer care when appropriate
- Providing feedback to Customer Service Management regarding departmental and company processes and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience
- Using and modifying scripted responses to guide interactions with customers

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of related experience working in a customer service call center environment
- Previous experience resolving customer complaints
- Experience in the retail/grocery industry (a plus)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends

- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
