As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers, providing accurate and timely resolutions to all inquiries and issues, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless support. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate with customers, including patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers, to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to all customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolve complex issues
- Utilize multiple software programs simultaneously to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- Work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- *Must-Have Qualifications**
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple software programs
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- Saturday: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM (12 hours)
- Sunday: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM (12 hours)
- Monday: 6:30 PM – 3:00 AM (8 hours)
- Total hours per week: 24 hours
- Part-time, non-exempt position
- Must be available to work all scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Competitive hourly rate: + Saturday: $19.20/hour+ Sunday: $18.40/hour+ Monday: $16.00/hour
