As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues.
  • Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
  • Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested.
  • Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.
  • *Qualifications**

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience minimum.
  • Over 18 years of age.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred.
  • Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work various shifts.
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems.
  • Organization and work prioritization skills.

To work from home, you'll need:

  • Internet Connection Requirements:
  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps.
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps.
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
