What You'll Do

As a Product Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding products from concept through launch and beyond. You'll lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, ensuring we deliver solutions that exceed user expectations and drive business value.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates who bring a unique blend of technical expertise, creative thinking, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products that have made a significant impact.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management and/or product design, with a demonstrated ability to lead products from conception to launch.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: 3+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams. You should be comfortable bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and product decisions.


• Executive Communication: Experience presenting to and influencing senior executive audiences. You should be able to articulate product vision and strategy compellingly at all levels of the organization.


• Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders. Demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.


• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.

• Customer-Centric Experience: Experience working in a customer-centered technology business, with a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.


• Startup/Innovation Experience: Experience building products from scratch (0-1), developing platform or ecosystem products, or creating marketplace solutions.
