Position Overview: Product Solutions Engineer
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Product Solutions Engineer to join our gTech Global Customer Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment and wants to be at the forefront of digital advertising technology.
In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our advertisers and internal business teams, managing challenges related to our diverse range of advertising products. You will be responsible for triaging, identifying, and resolving sensitive and complex issues across our advertising ecosystem, including Display advertising, YouTube advertising, Google Analytics, Shopping, Google Marketing Platform (GMP), and Mobile/Applications. Your work will involve identifying patterns of issues for both business and clients, collaborating with Product Operations and Engineering to resolve product issues, and managing complex cases through to resolution to improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Client Support: Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer care, including advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues and bugs reported by internal teams and advertisers. Your technical acumen will be the key to solving challenging problems that impact our clients' success.
- Embrace AI-Powered Innovation: Understand the evolving AI-powered nature of the arenaflex Ads ecosystem and effectively communicate machine learning model concepts to both internal and external clients. Stay ahead of the curve by mastering our AI-driven features and articulating their value to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional partners, including Business, Engineering, and Product teams, to build automation strategies and processes that identify and prevent product bugs and issues before they impact clients.
- Tool Development & Enhancement: Model and develop tools that enable efficient investigation of client issues and questions, facilitating troubleshooting of common use cases. Your contributions will improve efficiency across the entire support organization.
- Engineering Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering teams on infrastructure launches, updates, and migrations. Serve as the bridge between client needs and technical implementation, ensuring smooth rollouts and successful deployments.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and recurring issues that inform product improvements and preventive measures. Use your analytical skills to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate technical issues effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into clear, understandable language that drives informed decision-making.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience in software development or technical problem-solving, demonstrating proficiency in at least one of the following areas:
- Coding with a general-purpose programming language such as Java, C/C++, or Python
- Working with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, and Networks
- Data analysis and visualization using SQL-like query languages
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues in a systematic, methodical manner.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications
While not strictly required, the following experience would be highly valued in a candidate:
- Experience in system design and API development, with a solid understanding of software architecture principles.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, demonstrating efficient problem-solving approaches.

- Experience working with digital advertising platforms and e-commerce products, preferably in a support or product management capacity.
- Understanding of backend system concepts such as caching, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of mobile application operating systems and mobile app data analysis products.
- Experience analyzing issues using debug logs and troubleshooting tools.
- Proficiency in debugging tagging issues on websites using developer tools such as Chrome DevTools.
- Experience interpreting data to influence decisions across cross-functional teams in technical and business organizations.
- Ability to effectively convey technical issues to both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders.
