Position Overview
As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will serve as a key contributor to our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a data-driven environment and is eager to develop their analytical skills while supporting the organization's commitment to security, effectiveness, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the team in various data collection, validation, and analysis activities. Your contributions will directly impact the organization's ability to maintain compliance, optimize processes, and achieve competitive advantage. Key responsibilities include:
- Data Collection and Validation: Perform and assist the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all data-related activities.
- Analysis and Reporting: Assist with developing and delivering results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Assist with analyzing critical ad hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide analytical responses to allow Senior Leadership to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities.
- Data Visualization: Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant aspects of the investigation to facilitate partner understanding.
- Query Development: Assist with developing and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and validating the necessity of the data requirements.
- Process Audits: Identify irregularities in processes through reviews and audits and communicate findings to the team in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and discrepancies. Propose improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Compliance Focus: Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision, supporting the organization's commitment to regulatory adherence and ethical standards.
- Additional Duties: May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leadership, contributing to the overall success of the Quality Control division.
Essential Qualifications
