As a Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) at JFK Airport, you will be responsible for:
- Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions.
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
- Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
