• Providing assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance
• Interpreting authority's rules and regulations for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
• Meeting and dispatching aircraft within set-up times
• Providing assistance to troubled passengers and customers
• Protecting company properties and revenue
• Ensuring a safe travel experience for our customers

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Bilingual language skills (required in some locations)
• Valid driver's license (as required by local authorities)
