- *Key Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Processing exchange deal purchases in client profiles and identifying/resolving discrepancies between arenaflex and our external partners
- Processing Corporate Action Events, settling/reconciling move tasks, and processing/reconciling reward tasks
- Conducting research and analysis of complex/escalated issues and performing testing/validation of new technology enhancements and provider improvements
- Accomplishing tasks in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliations, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account
- Collaborating with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, Slack, Expectation, and Salesforce
- Representing arenaflex in our daily relationships with fund providers, move brokers, converse agencies, and other external business partners
- *Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
