  • *Job Summary**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Work From Home, you will be responsible for carrying out regular reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments. You will work closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions, resolve complex issues, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Process exchange deal purchases in client profiles and identify/solve discrepancies between arenaflex and fund firms or transfer agents
  • Process Corporate Action Events, settle/reconcile move tasks, and process/reconcile reward tasks
  • Conduct research and analysis of complex/escalated concerns and perform testing/validation of new technology enhancements and provider improvements
  • Accomplish tasks in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliations, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including fund providers, transfer brokers, converse agencies, and other external business partners
  • Resolve issues and discrepancies between arenaflex, fund firms, and transfer agents
  • Provide process or technology solution options to Management
  • Remedy transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Agency
  • Respond to client or organization partner inquiries concerning Fund specific requirements/eligibility
  • Deliver action on Substitute Investment transmissions to expedite the client request or remediate not neat issues
  • Quick and accurate completion of customer exchanging and reward requests
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems a plus
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience in the financial industry, particularly in investment and trading
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
  • Experience with tax programming and coding
  • Familiarity with internal and external system enhancements or concerns
  • Experience with process or technology solution options
