- Client Communication: Place outbound client contacts and follow-up communications via phone and email. Respond promptly and professionally to general inquiries, ensuring each client receives personalized and attentive service.
- Database Management: Update and maintain the client call database with precision. This includes accurately updating client service logs, managing all client accounts, and ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive managerial support including profile page creation and updates. Assist with document generation, filing systems, and various clerical tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
- Ticket Management: Create and improve customer service concern tickets, ensuring all issues are properly documented and escalated when necessary.
- Mail Processing: Assist in planning and managing all mail related to the client help process. Handle special management projects and collaborate with other departments on word-processing, data entry, and internet research activities.
