arenaflex Listening Center is a contact center that's dedicated to providing top-notch customer service to our clients. We're a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression. Our Listening Center is open from 6 AM to 7 PM Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturdays, and closed Sundays, Mountain Time.   • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, providing solutions to their concerns and scheduling necessary appointments.
  • Determining customer concerns and communicating with them in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and heard.
  • Documenting and updating customer records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Establishing and maintaining great customer relationships through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and uphold arenaflex's standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage multiple systems and type 40+ wpm.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks to work efficiently.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, and you must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa.

  • *Network and Equipment Requirements**

To ensure a seamless and efficient work experience, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 50 Mbps download speed and 20 Mbps upload speed.
  • Your own equipment, including a headset with microphone, keyboard, and mouse.
  • A computer, either a desktop (PC Windows) or a laptop with a working webcam.
  • A preferred desktop computer (PC Windows) with at least 8GB of RAM and a monitor with a working webcam.
  • A laptop computer (PC Windows) with a working webcam is acceptable if a desktop computer is not available.
