Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction

  • Assisting customers in navigating the arenaflex website and mobile applications, offering expert guidance on product selection, order placement, and shipment tracking

  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure continuity of service
