As an integral part of our customer support team, your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in spoken and written English with excellent grammar, punctuation, and communication skills.

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute to ensure efficient chat responses.

  • Familiarity with chat platforms, CRM systems, or similar customer service software.

  • Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced virtual work environment.
