- *Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for selling software products and solutions to businesses and individuals, generating revenue by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and presenting solutions that meet those needs. You'll be a key member of our sales team, working closely with customers to build strong relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and provide ongoing support and assistance.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Identify potential customers and develop a list of potential leads through research, attending trade shows, and networking with industry professionals
- Understand customer needs and requirements by listening to the customer, asking questions, and gathering information to develop a thorough understanding of their business and how software solutions can help them
- Present software solutions that meet the customer's needs, preparing presentations and demos, highlighting the benefits of the software, and addressing any concerns or objections the customer may have
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers and close deals to generate revenue for the company
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up with customers after a sale, providing ongoing support and assistance, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services
