What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of our Analytics and Business Insights team, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties that contribute to our overall sales strategy and client success. Your daily activities will include:

• Comprehensive Data Collection and Management: Gather data from multiple internal and external sources, including Account Managers, our CRM platform (Salesforce), and arenaflex proprietary databases. You will ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all platforms.


• Data Integrity Verification: Research and validate third-party data to ensure information integrity. You will implement quality control measures and identify discrepancies that could impact business decisions.


• Data Transformation and Formatting: Scrub, design, and convert raw data into system-compatible formats. This includes data cleaning, normalization, and preparation for analysis and reporting purposes.


• Salesforce Administration: Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, manage projects, and maintain accurate records. You will become a proficient user of our CRM systems and ensure data integrity.


• Account Manager Support: Provide comprehensive support to Account Managers by fulfilling meeting requests, addressing requirements, and assisting with client-facing documentation.


• Special Projects and Analysis: Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis requests from various departments. You will be flexible and responsive to evolving business needs.


• Customized Reporting: Create customized reports and provide recommendations to support ongoing business decisions and strategic initiatives.


• Executive Presentations: Develop compelling presentations that translate analytical results into actionable recommendations suitable for all management levels within the organization.
