As a Call Center Sales Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to customers whose free trial of arenaflex's premium services has recently expired, offering them a special promotional rate to continue their service
  • Confidently highlighting the benefits of our program and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • *Technical Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A computer with Windows 10 or higher (NO Chromebooks, Winbooks, or Macs)
  • High-speed Internet with a minimum speed of 50 download/10 upload
  • 128GB storage with 20GB free space
  • 4GB RAM installed
  • Ethernet connection (WiFi is not acceptable)
  • USB headset with volume control, mute button, and microphone
  • Webcam
  • Reliable attendance (100% required during the first 2 weeks)
  • Background check may be required

  • A competitive hourly rate of $11/hour, plus commission (non-negotiable)
  • A 400 Sign-On Bonus: Earn $100 after your 2nd week and an additional $100 each week for the next 3 weeks (must work 37.5 hours/week to receive)
