As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the execution of less experienced Client Service Agents, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes, and the overall effectiveness of the team
- Providing input and presenting plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general customer service impact
- Performing complex customer service tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats
- Providing subject matter expertise and translation of procedures to less experienced Client Service Agents and guidance to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives
- Collaborating with the team and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Suggesting areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements
- Utilizing various systems to research and resolve issues with client addresses on statements
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and timely information to clients
- *Required Capabilities:**
- 4+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving complex issues and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration
