• *The Role**

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our VOC method, which involves collecting and analyzing customer feedback from over 5 million surveys annually across consumer, business, and service provider segments. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to design, develop, and implement a robust and scalable data architecture that meets the needs of our business.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs for the VOC method
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Develop and implement consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development, launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3 years
• Ability to collaborate with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups

• Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools
