As an Experienced Shipping Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving shipments and signing paperwork upon receipt
- Packing or unpacking a wide variety of items into or from cartons, boxes, or similar containers upon request
- Inspecting contents to ensure they are undamaged
- Verifying packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price, etc.)
- Contacting supervisor if a mistake is identified
- Labeling deliveries and allocating them to their designated place
- Ensuring invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records
- Picking up parcels from local stores
- Preparing packages for shipping
- Processing all company shipments with required paperwork, including shipping labels
