You'll work with industry-leading ServiceTitan software to manage dispatching, invoicing, and customer communication, while coordinating with skilled field technicians. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Converting high-quality inbound leads from Yelp and Google campaigns into booked appointments through empathetic, persuasive communication
- Dispatching plumbers via ServiceTitan, aligning technician expertise and availability with customer needs
- Processing invoices and managing billing workflows within ServiceTitan, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintaining proactive communication with customers throughout their service journey—from first contact through job completion
- Delivering exceptional support across diverse plumbing services, including emergency drain cleaning, faucet installations, water heater replacements, and whole-home water line re-piping projects
- Executing administrative tasks related to CRM and service coordination with efficiency and precision
- Building strong, lasting customer relationships that foster repeat business and generate positive reviews
