As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience that's tailored to the unique needs of our Spanish-speaking customers. You'll be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer accounts, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, responding to inbound and outbound calls, and online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and arenaflex's high standards
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, and adapt to changing projects and updates with flexibility and ease
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines with ease
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, and adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
