• *Job Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Technical Writer, you will be responsible for:

• Writing technical documentation for builders and cloud architects constructing solutions for their own personal Google Cloud
• Producing and curating content supporting clients
• Editing, clarifying, and proofreading files written by others, and training non-writers on ways to enhance their writing capabilities
• Working with a global team of Engineers, Product teams, content strategists, and other technical writers to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing

• *Key Skills and Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical writing
• Strong understanding of HTML, Markdown, or Unix environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems (VCS)
• Familiarity with Google Cloud products and services is a plus

• Master's degree in Writing, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing
