We're seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Temporary Data Entry Clerks. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll collaborate with our internal data management team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.   • **Schedule:** Fridays (once a month) and Saturdays (2-3 times a month)
  • **Times:** To be determined (subject to change)
  • **Location:** arenaflex Headquarters, Palmetto, FL (not remote)
  • **Duration:** Temporary position with potential for future assignments and long-term opportunities
  • *Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Transferring data from paper formats collected during events into our database using a laptop and mouse
  • Accurately interpreting and inputting handwritten information into our database
  • Verifying the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents
  • Updating and maintaining existing data records
  • Organizing and filing paperwork after data entry to ensure nothing is misplaced
  • Assisting with other tasks as needed
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately (40-45 words per minute with 80-90% accuracy)
  • Keen attention to detail is a must
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required
