As a Third Shift Customer Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, while also dispatching calls to technicians and performing various administrative duties. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service
- Handle various customer inquiries and requests, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively
- Dispatch the correct technician (based on qualifications, geography, customer preference) to each job, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service
- Utilize Service Titan & ClearPath software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other important information
- Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other important details
- Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on all scheduled calls, maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail
- Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers in the company, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- High interaction with service technicians and various customers from residential to commercial, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Other duties as assigned, demonstrating your ability to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- *Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Must live in Illinois and be able to reliably commute to McHenry, IL each day for training (Note: This requirement may be waived for remote training options)
- Previous dispatch experience a plus, demonstrating your ability to effectively manage priorities and workflow
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and technicians
- Plumbing, Electric & HVAC experience a plus, demonstrating your knowledge and expertise in these areas
- Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain the highest level of quality and accuracy in all aspects of your work
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deadlines
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels, demonstrating your interpersonal and communication skills
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and responsibilities
