• *About the Role**

As a Transportation Logistics Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting our H.L. Transportation Fleet by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to our management team. Your expertise will help us optimize our transportation operations, reduce costs, and improve our overall efficiency.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist the H.L. Transportation Fleet by analyzing data and providing insights to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with managers to outline and prioritize business needs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Integrate multiple data sources across various database platforms to provide a comprehensive view of our transportation operations
• Build, create, and maintain multiple Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Develop and maintain reports to provide visibility into transportation metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, fuel efficiency, and driver productivity

• *Requirements**

• Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required, with experience working with pivot tables, charts, and formulas
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access is a plus, with experience creating and managing databases
• Strong typing and 10-key skills are preferred, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass a background check and a drug test
