  • *Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • **Guest and Reservation Management**: Process reservations, manage guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
  • **Virtual Property Management**: Coordinate with property managers, housekeeping staff, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient guest experiences.
  • **Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate cleaning services, linen supplies, and other essential amenities for our properties.
  • **Address Guest Issues and Resolve Them in a Timely and Efficient Manner**: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a high review rating.
  • **Process Reservations and Provide Accurate Information**: Manage reservations, process payments, and provide guests with essential information about their stay.
  • *Success Metrics**

To measure your success in this role, we will track the following key performance indicators:

  • **Maintain a Quick Response Rate to All Inquiries**: Respond to guest inquiries within a timely and efficient manner.
  • **Resolve All Guest Issues with a High Sense of Urgency in Less than 3 Hours or ASAP**: Address guest issues promptly and provide exceptional customer service.
  • **Contribute to a Review Rating of 4.8 or Higher**: Maintain a high review rating by delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • **2+ Years of Customer Service Experience**: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • **2+ Years of Vacation Rental Customer Service or Hotel Experience**: Experience in managing short-term rentals or vacation properties.
  • **Availability to Work During Normal U.S. Business Hours**: Be available to work during standard business hours to ensure seamless guest experiences.
