We're seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver exceptional experiences for arenaflex card members. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing superior customer service, resolving customer queries, and following established procedures to ensure the best possible solutions and first-call resolution (FCR) for our card members.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide superior customer experience on calls to consumer card members, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Resolve all customer queries and follow established procedures as appropriate, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services.
- Provide options and follow superior service no-call handling skills to ensure the best possible solutions and FCR for card members.
- Develop a deep understanding of the mood, profile, and needs of each customer, leveraging this information to provide personalized benefits and products that meet their unique needs, while remaining compliant with established guidelines.
- Deliver metrics to customers, employees, and shareholders as per goals, highlighting issues through feedback and recommending changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels to meet customer demands and ensure quality service.
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with excellent verbal communication and a customer-focused approach.
